Enchanted Pools Czech Style Pilsner

A crisp and refreshing beer with spicy hops.  Enchanted Pools isn’t real.  And if it was, we wouldn’t tell you how to get there.  Just imagine cold crystal clear water flowing from Umpa Lake with more water from Twin Lakes cascading into the most stunning…we’ve said too much.

Slippery Ford Bavarian Style Hefeweizen

Fresh and easy-drinking with bright lemon, clove, and banana notes. Named for the old river crossing near Strawberry Lodge, where we got married and started our story in the Sierra.

Sun Rock Saison

Spend enough time in the high Sierra and you start to see things. A painted sun fading on a granite slab. Who painted it? Where is it? We know, but will we tell? Sun Rock is our unfiltered, farm-style nod to the high country. Naturally hazy with bright citrus, cracked pepper and a touch of earthy rustic character, it finishes dry and refreshing.

Camp Bliss Pale Ale

IPA tendencies that bursts with juicy mango and peach aromas. Crisp and refreshing, like kicking back on the sandy shores of DL Bliss…perfect for soaking up the Sierra sun.

Waterfall Camp Hazy IPA

Tucked between granite ridges and icy creeks near Lake Aloha, Waterfall Camp is a real place in Desolation Wilderness and the inspiration for this refreshingly hazy IPA. It pours with fruit cocktail aromas, soft citrus and tropical hops, finishing with a silky, easy mouthfeel. Like mist rising off a hidden cascade…bright, smooth, and quietly wild.

Sugar N’ Spice American Brown Ale

Named for the long, easy Sierra at Tahoe ski run, Sugar N’ Spice is a crisp dark brown ale with nutty aromas and a Tootsie Roll-like sweetness.

Ice House Kölsch

As refreshing as a dip in Ice House Lake. This Kölsch-style ale balances crisp drinkability with delicate malt and a hint of fruit. Perfect for post-hike stories, lakeside lounging, or narrowly escaping a Snake Bite at the resort bar.

Edelweiss Marzen

A smooth amber lager with light malt and alpine crispness. Named for the lost ski hill near Camp Sacramento, where Tom, founder and Carrie’s dad, first fell in love with winter.

PCT: Mexican Style Lager

The Pacific Crest Trail begins at the Mexican border and winds its way north through some of the most rugged and beautiful parts of the Sierra, including our beloved El Dorado County high country.

Inspired by sunshine, sweat, and summit views, this Mexican-style lager is brewed for those who appreciate the journey and the cold beer waiting at the end of it. Pro tip: if you pick up PCT through hikers at Echo Summit looking for a ride to Tahoe, do your nose a favor and roll down the windows!

Sleighride Belgian Dubbel / Winter Warmer

Rich, malty, and perfect for the season. Named after the Sleighride run at nearby Sierra-at-Tahoe (a local favorite that never disappoints), this brew brings alpine vibes and fireside comfort in every sip.

Beauty Lake California Common

Back in the Gold Rush, Placerville was bustling with miners, mischief, and more than a few makeshift breweries turning out steam-style beer. Our California Common honors that legacy with a warm-fermented lager that’s part ale, part tradition, and all Sierra.

Named after Beauty Lake—a tucked-away alpine spot near Desolation Wilderness that’s technically beautiful, though more amber than azure if we’re being honest.

Just like the lake, this beer might surprise you with its depth.

Shadow Lake Porter

Named for the quiet, tree-lined waters of Shadow Lake in the Desolation Wilderness, this porter is as smooth and mysterious as its namesake. Rich layers of roasted malt, cocoa, and a hint of coffee echo the stillness of alpine mornings and the depth you only find off the beaten path.

Festbier

Our take on the beers served at Oktoberfest…smooth, and built for celebration. Lightly toasty malts bring soft notes of biscuits balanced by a gentle floral hop spice and a crisp, dry finish. It’s the kind of beer made for brats, pretzels, and toasting with friends under Sierra skies.
